West Ham striker Ashley Fletcher could be set to leave as part of the deal for Hull City winger Robert Snodgrass, according to Steve Stammers in the Mirror.

The Hammers reportedly had a £3million bid rejected by Hull for the Scottish international at the weekend, but with the 29 year old’s contract expiring in the summer, it looks likely he will depart in the January transfer window after rejecting an extension to his current deal.

The BBC say that four Premier League teams are after Snodgrass so the inclusion of Fletcher in the deal may be designed to sway the Tigers after their struggles scoring goals this season.

Fletcher only joined on a free transfer from Manchester United in the summer but the 21 year old has struggled for game time under Slaven Bilic so far with his only goal coming against his former club in the EFL Cup back in late November. It is believed West Ham will offer Hull £2m plus Fletcher to persuade them to sell Snodgrass.
