Ruben Loftus-Cheek
Loftus-Cheek is a very good midfielder and has the potential to be a Premier League star in years to come but like all promising youth players he needs to be playing. Put simply, he risks not being the player he could be if he doesn’t at least get a loan away from Chelsea and that is where West Ham come in. The Hammers need some fresh thinking in their midfield and the young Englishman could definitely provide that.
