West Ham are looking to sell Andy Carroll in the January transfer window, according to the Sun. The former Newcastle and Liverpool forward has had an injury ravaged four year spell with the Hammers, and has been sidelined with a knee injury since August.

Slaven Bilic is believed to be keen to strengthen his striking options when the window reopens, and reports suggest that the London club are keen on signing striker Daniel Sturridge from Liverpool, or Mario Mandzukic from Juventus to improve the number of goals from the club’s forward line.

Despite Bilic’s side scoring two goals against Tottenham at White Hart Lane at the weekend, both came from midfield once again and it has now been 18 games in all competitions since a forward had scored for the Hammers.

As well as Carroll, forwards Simone Zaza and Jonathan Calleri are also expected to leave the London stadium with both likely to depart for Spain.
