West Ham are still looking for their best striking option right now.
With Andy Carroll continuing to be frustrated by injury woes there’s been an opportunity in recent weeks for another striker to lay their claim to the starting spot but none have really done so.
Simone Zaza, a new face from the Summer, has failed to impress up front so far and could soon be on his way again. Michail Antonio was asked to play up front last time out against Middlesbrough but he isn’t a striker and that won’t do as a long term fix.
Meanwhile, Ashley Fletcher hasn’t been given a chance yet, Enner Valencia is out on loan and Diafra Sakho has also had his issues.
The team are crying out, then, for a new centre-forward and one of these three could be the perfect option…
