Past performances
Last season both sides claimed a win against each other in both of their home fixtures. West Ham were very dominant in a 2-0 win against the Foxes back in December 2014. Goals from Andy Carroll and Stewart Downing were enough to secure the victory and keep West Ham in the top four, oh the memories!
The trip to the King Power pretty much summed up West Ham’s overall performance in the second half of last season. A well taken Esteban Cambiasso goal was cancelled out by an excellent Kouyate finish before West Ham simply failed to turn up in the second half. Andy King scored a scrappy goal in the 86th minute and clinched the three points, it sparked Leicester’s impressive winning run that eventually guaranteed them safety in style.
