Carl Jenkinson – 8 (My MOTM)
A pleasing performance from the English full-back, who was up and down the right flank, tormenting Tony Hibbert for ninety minutes. Jenkinson got to the Everton by-line on numerous occasions and had Andy Carroll managed to finish one of his pullbacks, he’d have another assist to his name. Arsenal fans have questioned Carl’s defensive abilities in particular but today, Jenkinson didn’t really put a foot wrong.

Right, that’s it, if Carroll’s gonna make a statement then he’d better make it this Saturday against the team that rejected him. It’s about time you show us what you can do again Andy, and you too Nolan, and hey, they’ve snuck over us into 5th place. Let’s give Pardew a really unwelcome return to the East End when he shows his face here again. I pray that Sakho & Valencia are fit again as those 2 lads really know how to Rock n’ Roll.
