Graham Potter is under immense pressure at West Ham after a dismal start to the season, seeing his side lose five of their six games in all competitions, leaving the Hammers 19th in the league.
This brings the 49-year-old’s record at the club to just six wins in 25 games, and with his side having the worst defensive record in the league with 13 goals conceded, it’s understandable as to why the pressure is mounting on the manager.
BBC Sport have revealed that Potter is ‘under serious threat’ at West Ham, and have shortlisted Nuno Espirito Santo, Slaven Bilic, and Gary O’Neil as potential replacements for Potter.
Former West Ham scout Mick Brown exclusively told Football Insider that Sean Dyche is also being seriously considered as another potential replacement for Potter as the new Hammers boss.
How likely is Potter to leave?
West Ham fans will be desperate to know the likelihood of a Potter sacking, and while nothing exclusive has been revealed as of yet, it is understood that the club are holding internal talks with potential replacements, with a decision potentially following soon, Fabrizio Romano told GIVEMESPORT.
This could suggest that a sacking is imminent for Potter should the club find a suitable candidate to become the new West Ham boss.
Nuno Espirito Santo was spotted in Theydon last week [below], not far from the residence of David Sullivan, potentially confirming these reports are true and the board already have a plan in place.
Someone just sent me these 👀

After protests aimed towards the ownership of the club took place outside the London Stadium prior to West Ham’s defeat to Crystal Palace over the weekend, the pressure also mounts on Sullivan and the board to make a decision.
A decision will have to be made sooner rather than later from a West Ham perspective, especially with a tricky couple of fixtures on the horizon for the club, with visits to Everton and Arsenal as their next two games before the international break.
