A lot of West Ham fans have flooded Twitter to express their love for Declan Rice and also begged him to stay at the club after he beat Chelsea attacking midfielder Mason Mount on FIFA 20.
The Hammers defensive midfielder has been a key player for the club over the last couple of seasons since he was promoted from the academy to the first team, via Transfermarkt, and is adored by fans. He is also a consistent name on England manager Gareth Southgate’s team sheet.
However there has been a lot of speculation linking him with a move away from the club, and London rivals Chelsea are apparently the main team interested in the Englishman, via talkSPORT.
Even though football is currently postponed due to recent events, this has not stopped footballers from getting one up on each other with FIFA being played between various clubs.
With the Irons winning both at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League this season and now on FIFA, fans of the Hammers currently have bragging rights over the Blues and will be letting them know about it until football resumes.
