Perhaps you watched the highlights from last Saturday from behind the sofa? We certainly haven’t been able to watch all those missed chances back yet.
Without wanting to point fingers, it really wasn’t Michail Antonio’s day in front of goal at the Emirates, was it?
It looked like from last week that his finishing has improved, but just what was going on with those opportunities?
It can’t really be called anything other than a shocker of a display for Antonio as a forward, despite the usual hard-working nature of his showing.
There’s no need to revisit every chance sent begging, but it has been something of a quiet campaign for Antonio, which again calls the question of whether he should be playing up top into consideration?
