Lots of West Ham United fans on Twitter have been ripping into journalist Ian Abrahams following his interview with David Gold on Thursday.
Most of you will know Ian ‘Moose’ Abrahams from his work on talkSport and from being a supporter himself, although he left many fans disappointed by his actions after the tame interview.
Ahead of the ten-year anniversary of Gold and Sullivan’s reign this Sunday, the much-maligned Moose had the opportunity to ask the 83-year-old some hard-hitting questions with a fan protest also planned for this Saturday, not to mention the club languishing in a third relegation battle in the last four seasons, hardly the ‘”next level'” that was promised.
However, nothing juicy came from the chat, leading to fans accusing him of sucking up to the joint-chairman, not being a Hammer and being the worst interviewer around, among other cutting insults.
You can see the pick 0f them, below…

Criticise the board. But when face to face bottle it

Here he is, the secret spurs fan. Criticises West Ham and the board all season then bottles it when interviewing one of the delusional owners

How much did David Gold pay you?

Lost your bottle with the interview. Shocking you’re still allowed on radio.

Call yourself a West ham fan Moose? You had a chance to ask some serious questions our fans want asking and you bottled it. Very poor journalism.

Do one Moose you should be ashamed ⚒

Very very disappointed with your interview yesterday Ian. You’ve been used by the board and (at best) you didn’t realise, or (at worst) you are complicit. Very very sad to see, and a part of the reason they’ve been able to get away with it for so long.
