Loads of West Ham fans on Twitter are begging the club to sign Jarrod Bowen as the hours tick down to 11pm on this deadline day.
It looks like they might be getting their wish as well with Sky Sports claiming early this morning that a £20m deal has been agreed and he’s on his way for a medical.
The reception may be a little different to Moyes’ last deadline day signing from the Championship if this deal goes through – can you believe Jordan Hugill is still technically a West Ham player?
You may not have heard much about Bowen either, but 22 goal contributions in the second tier this season alone means there’s a lot of fuss around his name at the moment.
A right winger by trade, he started his career at Hereford before moving to Hull as a teenager, rising through the ranks to make 131 appearances so far, netting on 54 occasions and registering 14 assists.
