The winger was making a highly-anticipated full return from the hamstring injury that has kept him out since December last Monday night and went down after just two minutes and had to be substituted.
David Moyes appeared to confirm that he’ll be missing for four weeks in his press conference this Tuesday.
Moyes also stated that the injury has probably put paid to Diangana’s chances of being recalled before the end of the season, an undoubted shame considering his 11 goal contributions in 21 Championship appearances in 2019/2020 thus far.
One fan was clearly angered by the Academy of Football product’s set-back, whilst another mused that things just keep getting better for the club…
Aaaaaaand Diangana is injured again. Things just keep getting better at West Ham.
