Jordan Hugill scored another goal for QPR last night, although he still ended up on the losing side in a 3-1 defeat to Swansea.

It’s the 27-year-old striker’s second goal for his new side after joining on loan from the Hammers for the season.

Hugill signed for West Ham from Preston for £9m in January 2018 but he never made his mark and was shipped on loan to Middlesbrough last season.

He never scored for West Ham in his three appearances but managed seven for Boro. He’s now got two in four games for QPR.

West Ham are struggling for goals this season after shipping five without reply to Man City and only managing one to draw with Brighton last week.

Hugill isn’t the solution but one West Ham fan said, “Why don’t we recall him?”

The answer to that is Sebastien Haller who is set for a return to the side against Watford where he will hopefully get off the mark in the Premier League.
