West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini must unleash attacker Grady Diangana against Everton after the international break as he could be a game changer for them.

The Hammers winger may have dazzled in some of his 18 outings this season but as of late his experienced manager hasn’t looked to use him.

In fact the sparingly-used Diangana has not featured at all in the Hammers’ last three league games and this needs to change as soon as the domestic football returns after the international break.

The Hammers haven’t been firing on all cylinders as of late as they shockingly lost 2-0 to Cardiff and had to dramatically come from behind to beat Huddersfield Town 4-3.

While Pellegrini’s side beat the Terriers, their performance for the majority of the game was worrying to say the least.

Several senior players struggled and lacked that enthusiasm to take a game by the scruff of the neck.

However Diangana has shown in his outings that he likes to force the issue for his side by running at his opponents and  doing whatever he can to put them under pressure.

The 20-year-old will also be even more lethal against the Toffees given a chance as surely he is chomping at the bit for an opportunity to prove himself.

When you consider that Marco Silva’s side haven’t looked overly sound at the back this season then unleashing a player like Diangana who could rattle them, could lead to a victory.

Also the 20-year-old is no doubt a potential game changer as far as the clash with the Toffees are concerned as due to not featuring lately, there’s no way Silva will be preparing his side to cope with him.

This would play right into Pellegrini’s hands and could get the Hammers back shining bright after the international break.
