OPINION
Angelo Ogbonna has become something of a whipping boy for West Ham fans in recent weeks, with the Italy international having put in a string of distinctly average performances for the club. He started no differently on Saturday against with the 30-year-old. looking nervy and out of form once again during the first half at the London Stadium, which ended 0-0. West Ham managed to contain a dangerous Arsenal side on the whole but Ogbonna did look suspect at the back, and as some fans below point out, will likely end up costing them at some point. Unfortunately for supporters a setback for injured first-choice centre-back Fabian Balbuena means that Ogbonna will likely have to play regularly for the foreseeable future. All they can now hope for is that the experienced enforcer finds some form from somewhere and gets back to the player everyone knows he can be. Hopefully that starts in the second half against the Gunners with West Ham having some work to do.
