Some West Ham fans on social media destroyed Felipe Anderson for his performance during his side’s 1-1 draw with Huddersfield Town on Saturday.

The 25-year-old winger may have scored the Hammers’ equaliser in spectacular fashion but for the majority of game supporters were unimpressed with his efforts.

One fan boldly dubbed Anderson a fraud and shared they would sell him tomorrow, while another claimed that yet again the Brazilian had been woeful.

COMMENTARY

Anderson is inconsistent to such an extreme that it’s easy to see why one fan claimed that the winger’s form was ridiculous. However one Hammers fan probably regrets questioning why the player was still on the field and hadn’t been subbed, once seeing the winger pop up with the an all important equaliser. Hopefully Anderson is eventually able to address his inconsistent form as it is really annoying that he isn’t able to dictate games as his talent clearly means he is able to. The 25-year-old had another disappointing outing against Huddersfield despite scoring and does need to buck up his ideas. However after getting a goal, Hammers fans probably won’t get too much on his back while the international break is taking place as he did rescue a point for their side. Hopefully once returning from the international break, the Hammers, aside from Anderson, can start being a more consistent force as it would see them shoot up the table. The last thing the London club need to be, is in a relegation battle.
