Terminate both contracts! Pay Wages for players who actually play? Sounds good doesn't it

Carroll the other day. Im fit and raring to go.
Time to get rid of them both
As professional players they must both be devastated, and will do everything to get fit soon.
As a professional football club we must be devastated, and should do everything to remove these from the wage bill.— WestFanUtd (@westfanutd) July 12, 2018
OPINION
This is a massive blow to West Ham ahead of the new Premier League season. Not only will the club have to look at strengthening their squad quality wise, they now need to replace two of their most important players. Manuel Pellegrini will be disappointed to have lost them both to injury, but shouldn’t be that surprised, considering their recent injury records in the last few years. Particularly Andy Carroll, who just cannot seem to keep fit for a long period of time. It’s a shame because he is a quality player when fully fit and on form, but we just haven’t seen it enough.
