Big fan of Marcus Browne; hopefully a loan to Oxford United will result in some much needed game time and he comes back and features in a few cup games. Will be interesting to see how he does and how much, if any, he improves as a result. Good potential.

OPINION
Browne is quite clearly rated very highly by West Ham fans, who will be keenly keeping an eye on his progress in League One this season. The 20-year-old is seen as one of the club’s most promising young players, but there is also a sense that he has not pushed on since his debut in 2016. His last loan spell at Wigan Athletic was not a success, with Browne making just one appearance for the Latics, so fans will be hoping this time around things are a bit different. As long as Browne maintains his professionalism and hard work then he could easily go on to the first-team at the London Stadium, and this year will be the acid test for that.
