Manuel Pellegrini is well versed in how to get the best out of a player which makes him the ideal manager to start making proper use of West Ham having Domingos Quina at the club.

The experienced manager should look to transform the promising gem into the real deal in the 2018/19 season as he is capable of succeeding in that quest.

The 18-year-old attacking midfielder possess pace and dribbling skills that could see him bamboozle Premier League defence if guided into making the right decisions when unleashed upon senior football.

Quina featured in the League Cup and the FA Cup for the Hammers’ first-team in the most recent campaign but was only able to show glimpses of his ability.

With the right manager, which Pellegrini seems to be, the promising attacker could be just as good as a new signing based on the brief glimpses that have been seen of the teenager’s talent.

It was previously revealed in a report by Hammers news site Claret & Hugh on Saturday that Pellegrini had several areas of his team that he wanted to strengthen including his midfield options.

As he has so many positions that need new faces to arrive to fill them even if handed a huge transfer kitty, the manager needs to save money where he can.

Especially when there are reports that suggests player like Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish would cost in the region of £40million, as claimed by the Express,as several arrivals would quickly eat up Pellegrini’s budget.

Therefore with an electric attacker like Quina at his disposal, Pellegrini should look to transform the Hammers’ somewhat hidden gem into the real deal in order to allow him to wisely spend his cash and not waste money on recruiting a similar player to the teen talent.
