West Ham boss David Moyes has made it a priority ahead of the summer transfer window to improve his defensive ranks, with the Hammers having endured troubles at the back throughout their campaign.

While the east London side are set for another season in the Premier League, Moyes’ side have conceded a whopping 67 goals in 35 games – more than any other side in the top-flight.

As such, a wealth of targets are being identified and the Hammers are named as one of three Premier League side’s chasing the services of West Brom centre-half Craig Dawson, with the Baggies looking set for relegation to the Championship.

A mass exodus is expected from the Hawthorns at the end of the season, with West Brom rooted to the bottom of the Premier League, andĀ The SunĀ says West Ham, Burnley and Wolves are all eyeing a swoop for the experienced defender.

Burnley may be considered favourites for the Northern Ireland international due to their ability to offer opportunities in Europe, with the Clarets set to qualify for the Europa League.
