Arthur Masuaku completed 66 minutes in the draw against Manchester United on Thursday night – and West Ham fans on Twitter annihilated him for his overall performance.
The 24-year-old left wing-back started in the Premier League clash and was unable to provide the creative spark in the final third.
David Moyes’ side were held to a goalless draw in the Premier League by Man United in a fairly dull affair, despite the fact there was a fiery ending to the match with an altercation between Mark Noble and Paul Pogba.
The Hammers remain 15th in the league table after the draw and knew before kick-off that their top-flight status was already secure for yet another season.
Meanwhile, Jose Mourinho’s outfit made sure of second in the league standings with their point and still have an FA Cup final with Chelsea on the horizon.
West Ham fans on social media decided to single out Masuaku for his display in midweek and were critical of his efforts.
The left-sided flyer has been a regular starter in Moyes’ side at wing-back this campaign, but supporters are convinced that his distribution is not good enough.
Forever West Ham has rounded up some of the best tweets:
our left side is solo flaky ..Masuaku dribbles ..well. but doesn't look up so it's random where he ends up ..Lanzini dances around to little effect and Kouyate is chasing shadows..again #WHUMUN

Masuaku must have a cross accuracy of 0.067%

Masuaku is such a liability, makes one good run a game. Can’t pass and can’t defend ffs
