West Ham are set for a number of changes to their squad this summer, after a disappointing campaign in the Premier League, and they could see a wealth of departures as a number of their squad have uncertain futures at the London Stadium.

Amongst those is Manchester City loanee Joe Hart, who has struggled for consistency during his time in east London and it remains to be seen whether the Hammers will take advantage of their option to sign the England international permanently at the end of the season.

While David Moyes stated this weekend a decision on the future of the 31-year-old is yet to be made, HITC claims that Scottish champions Celtic are currently the favourites to sign the out-of-form goalkeeper.

Hart’s inconsistent campaign at the London Stadium follows a disappointing loan spell in Italy with Torino and another move away from the Premier League could follow, with Spanish outfit Sevilla also being recently attributed with an interest.
