With Marko Arnautovic in full swing, Javier Hernandez starting to find his feet and continuous reports that West Ham will look to strengthen their attacking line further, it seems there is no longer a place for Andy Carroll in the puzzle.
Injury cost the 29-year-old forward a remarkable and surprising move to Chelsea during the January transfer window, with the likely candidates to sign Carroll this summer being nowhere near the same sort of calibre.
Carroll’s services can still fetch a pretty penny though and that could hand Moyes further funds to spend in the market.
