West Ham are set to make a significant decision on the club’s future by offering manager David Moyes extended terms at the London Stadium.

The Scotsman has steadied the ship impressively since taking over from Slaven Bilic and looks set to steer the Hammers towards Premier League safety, though there remains a lot of work to do in the coming years.

West Ham remain intent on competing at the higher end of the top-flight, as promised following their relocation to the London Stadium, and The Express claims the club have decided that Moyes is the man to lead them into that territory.

Moyes initially signed a short-term deal until the end of the season but West Ham want him to remain on board for a longer project, which Moyes himself has suggested in the past he’s keen on doing following difficult years after leaving Everton.

The Scotsman struggled with Manchester United and Real Sociedad before being relegated with Sunderland, although he’s now found his feet in the capital.
