West Ham handed their Premier League survival hopes a huge boost on Saturday afternoon, with a 2-0 victory over Watford taking their points tally to 30.

That win has moved the Hammers four points above the relegation zone and it’s certainly clear that there is more work to be done, with a decisive clash against fellow strugglers Swansea City now on the horizon for David Moyes’ side.

The south Wales side also secured a vital win on Saturday, beating high-flying Burnley 1-0, and it sets-up a crucial game for both sides on March 3rd, with the Premier League having a weekend off due to the FA Cup ties.

Victory for West Ham could prove to be significant come the end of the season and a vital injury boost has been handed to Moyes, with Claret & Hugh revealing Argentine ace Manuel Lanzini will be available for the next match.

Lanzini has missed the last three league games, including this weekend’s win over Watford, but is due to be back in time for West Ham’s next game.
