That form has already seen the 20-year-old earn two senior caps for England and an exit from Chelsea could occur this summer, as Antonio Conte’s side hardly have a reputation of handing opportunities to young talents.
With Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud to compete with, along with Michy Batshuayi when he returns from Borussia Dortmund, Abraham’s career path could take him away from West London and West Ham should swoop.
