West Ham are keen on signing an experienced Premier League midfielder who has previously played under David Moyes, according to the latest reports.

The Daily MailĀ stated in it’s life transfer ticker on the 4th January (14:36) that West Ham are amongst the clubs interested in signing Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini, who sees his contract at Old Trafford expire this summer.

30-year-old Fellaini has struggled to establish himself as a regular feature in Jose Mourinho’s side this season, making just three Premier League starts, and it’s highly likely that he will leave the Red Devils upon the expiration of his deal this summer.

West Ham boss David Moyes, who signed him for Manchester United and previously worked alongside him at Everton, is keen on a reunion in East London but may face competition in the market from French giants Paris Saint-Germain.

The Ligue 1 leaders are also attributed with an interest in the experienced Belgian international, who may prefer a move to Paris as it would see him continue to have the chance to play in the Champions League.
