Former West Ham United midfielder Alex Song is set to leave current side Rubin Kazan over unpaid wages, reports The Telegraph.
The Cameroon international is one of a number of stars are now threatening to walk for nothing this January over the owed money.
Former Sunderland star Yann M’Vila is another player is also set to exit the club.
The club’s players have reportedly not been paid for four months amidst severe cashflow problems for the Russian side, who now owe as much as £10 million in unpaid wages to it’s players.
Despite being owned by the Tatar-American Investments and Finance company, TAIF and club president Radik Shaimiev being listed as the 88th richest man in Russia, players have been told as soon as last week there is no money to pay their wages.
Song, formerly of the Hammers, as well as Arsenal and Barcelona, is wanted by a number of clubs across Europe and England according to Sky Sports.
