David Moyes has made a huge call for this weekend’s clash with Chelsea by dropping out-of-form goalkeeper Joe Hart, reports The Times.

Spaniard Adrian will take Hart’s place between the sticks at the London Stadium on Saturday after an impressive performance against Manchester City at the weekend.

He was given the nod over Hart – who conceded four against Everton in the previous outing – at the Etihad, and put in a Man of the Match performance in what was a close 2-1 defeat for the visitors.

Hart, who joined from Manchester City on-loan in the summer, has had a tough start to life with the Hammers, boasting the Premier League’s worst goalkeeping record this season.

Not only has his poor form seen him fall out of favour in East London, his role as England’s number one keeper has also been called into question, with a host of young talent such as Jack Butland and Jordan Pickford staking their claims for Hart’s starting position in Gareth Southgate’s side.
