Lady Karren Brady last night scooped the award for ‘Outstanding Contribution to British Business’ at the annual Irish Post Awards in London.
Brady, vice Chairlady of West Ham United and co-star to Alan Sugar on the popular BBC show ‘The Apprentice’, was amongst a host of stars to honoured at the lavish awards ceremony.

Snow Patrol guitarist Johnny McDaid was honoured with the Outstanding Contribution to the Music Industry Award for his work on some of 2017 biggest pop songs including Ed Sheeran’s ‘Shape of You’; whilst Bob Geldof, Imelda May and Olympic rowers Paul and Gary O’Donovan were also presented with awards.
More than 1,000 guests attended the ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London’s Park Lane, which was hosted by ‘This Morning’s Eamonn Holmes.
West Ham fans however seem not to agree with Brady’s award on the night, and have taken to Twitter to share their thoughts on their club’s infamous vice-Chairlady’s work in the world of business …
