West Ham fans are preparing for change after the news that the club sacked Slaven Bilic this morning, following a sequence of events over the course of the weekend that left the Hammers inside the Premier League’s relegation zone.
Bilic’s men were defeated 4-1 by Liverpool at the London Stadium on Saturday and Everton’s dramatic turnaround against Watford yesterday saw West Ham slip into the bottom three, one point from safety.
Changes will be made over the course of the international break ahead of a crucial run of fixtures against Watford, Leicester City and Everton but fans aren’t keen on the reported favourite for the job, David Moyes.
Instead, fans have requested the club make a different appointment and have named their candidates on social media- with the likes of Ryan Giggs, Sam Allardyce, Harry Redknapp and Alan Pardew all getting a mention, along with other top-tier managers.
