West Ham may face a battle to keep hold of some of their prized assets, with reports indicating that interest in rising amongst youngsters within the squad.

ESPNĀ report that Manchester United sent scouts to watch West Ham ace Domingos Quina in action this week, with the Red Devils said to be eyeing a move for the highly-rated 17-year-old.

Quina was in action for Portugal’s U19 side, scoring in the victory against Spain, and is widely regarded to be amongst the best young prospects in Europe- and Jose Mourinho is keen to bring his compatriot to Old Trafford.

The youngster, signed from Chelsea in 2016, has made two senior appearances off the bench for the Hammers this season, both of which came in the Carabao Cup, and his current deal runs until the end of next season.

However, talks regarding an extension are set to begin next month and the interest from Manchester United could add a further challenge to the negotiations.
