West Ham have certainly not been without vast problems for the past 18 months and it’s fair to say these problems have been rearing their ugly head regularly.
The Hammers flirted with relegation last season, before being saved by a late turnaround, and face far more severe issues this season, sat in the bottom-three after 12 matches with just two victories to their name.
David Moyes’ appointment hasn’t led to immediate improvements, with the Hammers losing 2-0 to Watford last weekend, but the Scotsman does seem prepared to make changes to the squad behind the scenes.
Reports emerging in the past few days have suggested that West Ham will cash in on controversial striker Andy Carroll in January and it’s fair to say that fans are open to the idea, with many taking to social media to express their desire to see the back of the 28-year-old.
Carroll has endured mixed fortunes since moving to the club from Liverpool in 2013 and it seems the tide has swung away from the England international’s favour, as he’s lost the support of the fans.
I'll drive him most of the way, I'm not staying for the whole trip…..

Not cut out for this league. Too slow, zero technique, only offers teams hoofball options, can’t run. A striker from a bygone age. Would’ve been great in the 70s & 80s though..⚒

Time is right. We put up with his injuries because we knew what he could offer when fully fit, but to start mugging of the supporters when he is not showing up at all. It's time for him to go! All things considered he won't be greatly missed!!!
