David Moyes says he is unfazed ahead of his return to Goodison Park on Wednesday night with new club West Ham.

The Scot, who was appointed as the Hammers’ new boss earlier in the month, spent over a decade at Goodison Park between 2002 and 2013, guiding the Toffees to a record 4th placed finish in 2004/2005.

While his endeavours as a boss haven’t been quite as successful since, Moyes hopes he can emulate his achievements with Everton at West Ham, and remains unbothered about returning to his former home this week.

“It’s really important we get three points at Everton, so there is no room for sentiment,” Moyes said in Monday’s press conference.

“I want a clean sheet and a win when I go back to Goodison, I’ll always look out for Everton and hope they do well, but my focus now is on West Ham only.”

The Hammers travel to Goodison Park on Wednesday night as they look for three points to take them out of the Premier League’s relegation zone.

It’s going to be a tough match for the Hammers, but they’ll be confident ahead of the clash – Fancy them to win? Go and place a bet now!
