West Ham are entering new waters with the guidance of David Moyes and it seems the Hammers are ready to put a lot of trust into the Scotsman, after he replaced Slaven Bilic earlier this week.

The East London giants are in need of a revival after slipping into the Premier League’s relegation zone last weekend, following a 4-1 defeat to Liverpool and Everton’s 3-2 win over Watford, and Moyes will likely look at January as an opportunity to bolster his ranks.

After a heavy-spending summer, West Ham are reportedly ready to put their trust in Moyes come the January transfer window and The Daily Mirror states he will be allowed to cash-in on summer signing Marko Arnautovic, should he wish.

The £24m club-record signing was sent off in only his second game after making a move across the Premier League from Stoke City and has failed to impress since, losing his place in the first-team and not showing the form to suggest he’ll earn a spot again.

As such, the club are ready to cut their losses in January with a sale that would see funds made available to bring in new faces and Arnautovic therefore faces a battle over the course of the next few months to prove he’s capable of becoming an asset at the London Stadium.
