Hammers defender Arthur Masuaku has insisted his is not looking to leave the London Stadium, despite rumours linking him with a move to Serie A.

The DR Congo international has emerged as a surprise target for a number of Italy’s biggest sides including Juventus and Napoli in recent weeks.

Juventus have eyed Masuaku as a potential replacement for the seemingly outward bound Alex Sandro, while Napoli want the former Olmypiakos star to step in for the injured Faouzi Ghoulam. AC Milan are also said to be interested.

Despite the talk however, Masuaku says he has no intention of leaving East London.

“In order to avoid any misunderstandings i’d like to stress out that neither me or my agent (Panos Galariotis) know mr. from Italy… So everything that is published is completely false.” said the 24-year-old via his official Twitter account.

“I’m only focused on helping my team achieve its goals.”

Masuaku has made 4 starts in all competitions this season, however boasts two assists and a goal to his name.
