West Ham United face a crunch tie this weekend against Liverpool and could find themselves in the relegation zone if they lose and results elsewhere go against them.
The pressure on manager Slaven Bilic would likely increase as a result if West Ham were to lose and fans have become increasingly aggrieved with their manager, particular due to the consensus that he continuously overlooks young players.
Reece Oxford has been sent on-loan once against, struggling to get minutes at Borussia Monchengladbach, and behind the scenes young Toni Martinez has been in electric form for the U23 side but has failed to earn a call up to the senior squad.
This is despite West Ham failing to find consistency in the attacking areas this season and fans have become increasingly aggrieved- and his recent comments on Martinez won’t have helped, as he seemed to identify the player’s talent but gave no suggestion he’ll call him up.
Fans responded and urged him to consider his position, as they’re desperate to see him get his chance.

Should have at least been on the bench at some stage.

Just saw why he is not giving youngsters a go. Pathetic. Martinez is ahead of Sakho and Carrol. We will lose them all. #Bilicout
