West Ham face the risk of losing one of the brightest performers this season come January, with speculation continuing to suggest that some of Italy’s finest will come calling.
Italian outlet Calcio Napoli 24 states that Serie A title chasers Napoli are eyeing a move for Arthur Masuaku, whilst the defender’s agent added fuel to the fire by stating both Juventus and Genoa were also keen on the 24-year-old.
Masuaku has had just two Premier League starts this season, though has a new chance to establish himself with David Moyes’ appointment, but the player’s agent claimed that he expects his client to be playing in Italy come January.
Moyes will be looking to overhaul the squad in January but may have to sell to raise funds, so he may consider a departure for Masuaku. However, his tally of two assists this season shows the impact he can provide pushing forward.
Joining in 2016 from Olympiakos, Masuaku has scored in the Carabao Cup this season and has helped the Hammers to secure a quarter-final showdown with Arsenal.
