West Ham face a lot of work ahead of them if they’re to push away from the relegation spots and salvage something from their season, after a woeful start to their second campaign at the London Stadium.
Slaven Bilic’s tenure was brought to a close during the international break, with David Moyes drafted in as his replacement until the end of the season, and the Scotsman has a free reign to shake-up the squad in the New Year.
That includes gutting the squad of their underperforming aces and speculation has suggested that he could cash-in on club-record signing Marko Arnautovic, who has struggled since moving from Stoke City in the summer- being sent off in only his second appearance.
Since serving his suspension, Arnautovic has struggled to establish himself in the side and is yet to score for the Hammers. Selling him in January could therefore be useful and the money could be used to fund a better recruit for the side.
