West Ham fans have been left again frustrated following their sides disappointing draw at the weekend against fellow strugglers Crystal Palace.
And while it may be easy to point fingers, it hasn’t seemed to stop the Claret and Blue army, who have identified Michail Antonio as the scapegoat for Saturday’s result.
Last season’s Hammer of the Year played a vital role in Palace’s 95th minute equaliser, as, with the Hammers leading 2-1, he gave the ball away in the corner with seconds to go, only for Wilfried Zaha to find the net and erupt Selhurst Park.
The result leaves the Hammers winless in three top flight games and in 16th place in the Premier League.
Labelled ‘unprofessional’ and ‘brainless’ by his team-mate Joe Hart following the 2-2 draw, poor Michail now finds himself on the end of a barrage of abuse via social media for his defensive mishap that cost Slaven Bilic’s side three vital points …

Don't get me wrong, I want him gone, but I do feel sorry for Bilic. Pathetic from Michail Antonio, robbed us of two points. pic.twitter.com/r7gT76Nab8

Generally love you. Great player but what were you thinking @Michailantonio, you just cost me £1500.

Palace got an undeserved draw thanks to Michail Antonio, who stupidly gave away possession instead of holding onto the ball.— Excelsior! ⚽ 🎾 (@PhilPlanter) October 28, 2017
