Andy Carroll has been linked with a shock January move to Everton.

The Guardian reports that the Englishman could be on his way to Goodison Park for a fee of around £20 million in an attempt to bolster the Toffees options in front of goal.

Ronald Koeman’s side have had a less than ideal start to the new season. Despite spending over £100 million in the summer transfer market, the Dutchman’s men sit 16th in the Premier League table with only two wins from seven.

The Toffees have also struggled in front of goal since the loss of hitman Romelu Lukaku, with summer signing Sandro Ramirez thus far failing to find the net and Wayne Rooney having done so only 3 times.

Andy Carroll is reportedly being eyed as the answer to the club’s woes in front of goal, and with West Ham having bought in Javier Hernandez during the summer, they could be willing to part ways with the injury prone striker should the price be right.
