West Ham have found themselves in a sticky position this season, sat just a single point above the relegation zone after ten matches, and the Hammers need all the help they can to pull them out of the mud.
A crucial few weeks lie ahead as Slaven Bilic’s side tackle Liverpool before the international break, then returning to face high-flying Watford before two crucial games against fellow strugglers Leicester City and Everton.
The Hammers have failed to find stability this season, particularly in defence, and it’s left many scratching their heads and wondering why one of the club’s most talented youth prospects was once again sent out on-loan.
Reece Oxford is spending the season with Bundesliga side Borussia Monchengladbach but has struggled to earn minutes thus far, having failed to feature in the first nine games of the season before finally making his debut this weekend against Hoffenheim.
Unfortunately for the youngster, and for West Ham fans, he managed just a single minute on the field at the end of the game and fans are begging for him to return to East London as a result.
He got 1 minute!

Bring him back and get him involved, how can you be good enough at 16 but exiled at 18 or loan him to a club where he will get games

He came on in the 89th minute, we should bring him back and alternate between him and Rice in the centre of a back 3
