West Ham secured only their second victory of the season on Saturday afternoon as Diafra Sakho’s last-gasp goal gave the Hammers all three points on an afternoon where they truly deserved little, putting in a poor performance.

Slaven Bilic’s side struggled to retain the ball and to create clear-cut opportunities during the match, with Swansea looking to be the better side throughout. Overall, it can certainly be attributed as a fortunate result for the Hammers.

The result lifts West Ham out of the relegation zone heading into this week’s international break and Bilic will be keen to ensure his side kick-on from here, especially as another poor run of form could see the axe wielded over his head.

Changes will certainly have to be made and West Ham need to start considering now what alterations they have to make, ahead of their difficult trip to Burnley before hosting newly-promoted Brighton at the London Stadium.

Here, we’ve identified three changes to the line-up Bilic must make. Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
