West Ham United target and Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere could be set to leave England for Turkey this winter to join Fenerbahce, reports The Guardian.

Wilshere spent last season on-loan with Bournemouth after falling out of favour at the Emirates, but failed to impress Eddie Howe and returned to North London this summer.

After being linked with a number of club’s in during this most recent transfer window – including West Ham ad Huddersfield Town – the Englishmen finds himself in limbo, unable to break into Arsene Wenger’s squad yet seemingly unable to secure a move away.

The injury prone midfielder could be given a saving grace come December time however in the form of Turkish giants Fenerbahce, who are reportedly keen to bring the 25-year-old to Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium.

Talks have already begun between the two clubs, and should Wilshere make the switch to the Yellow Canaries, he would be linking up with former Robin Van Persie, as well as Tottenham flops Vincent Janssen and Roberto Soldado, both of whom joined the club this summer.
