The Italian striker arrived last season in the Premier League in fine fashion, scoring six in his first four matches for the Saints – including a brace in the EFL Cup final defeat to Manchester United – after signing from Serie A side Napoli. His entrance to England demonstrated just what a clinical forward the 25-year-old is.
While he was wasteful at Swansea at the weekend, it is only a matter of time before Gabbiadini starts finding the net again. His movement in and around the penalty area, as well as brilliant technical ability on the ball will make him a handful for the Hammers defenders.
