Reports from Italy (via 90minutes) suggest that Lazio star Keita Balde Diao is set to join West Ham after the club agreed a club record fee with the Serie A side for his signature.
While the Senegal international is now is his fourth season with Lazio, Balde Diao announced himself on the world last season following a terrific individual campaign for The Eagles as he scored 16 times in 32 appearances.
His form has attracted attention from a number of Europe’s top clubs including Juventus and Inter Milan, as well as West Ham who are looking to strengthen their attacking line after a disappointing previous season.
Should the Hammers sign the Senegalese star, he would be one of a number of big names set to complete a move to the London Stadium, with both Javier Hernandez and Marko Arnautovic also set to become West Ham players in the next few days.
