Stoke City are holding out on selling want away star Marko Arnautovic this summer unless the right terms are agreed, reports the Evening Standard.

The Austria international recently handed in a transfer request, leading to an initial bid of £15 million form West Ham which was subsequently rejected by the Potters. The Hammers are expected to go in with a second bid for the midfielder later this week which is closer to Stoke’s £25 million valuation of the player, however the club insist they won’t sell unless the price is right.

Slaven Bilic is looking to strengthen his squad ahead of the new season, and with the imminent departure of midfielder Sofiane Feghouli, the Hammers boss is looking to Arnautovic as an upgrade on the Algerian winger who failed to impress during his one season tenure with the club.

Arnautovic joined Stoke City from Werder Bremen for a fee believed to be around £2 million back in 2013, and has since made nearly 150 appearances for Mark Hughes’ side, finding the back of the net 26 times.
