West Ham United flop Sofiane Feghouli is near to completing a move to Galatasaray after only one season in the Premier League, reports The Sun.

Feghouli joined The Hammers last summer from Valencia after five successful seasons with the La Liga side, but has since struggled in East London, with injury problems often keeping him out of the team. The Algerian started only 11 top flight games last season and scored 4 goals for Slaven Bilic’s side in all competitions and now looks set to switch the Premier League for the Super Lig.

Galatasaray are now close to sealing a £4.5 million deal for the winger after flying to London last week. coach Igor Tudor, said: “I held discussions with our president Dursun Aydin Ozbek and told him that Feghouli has the abilities we are looking for.

“Feghouli is a player who interests us, and signing him will be very good for our team.”

The Algeria international would become Galatasaray’s fourth singing of the summer after the Turkish club have already secured Marseille striker Bafetimbi Gomis, Brazilian centre half Maicon and former Nice loan star Younes Belhanda.
