The 3 reasons West Ham should re-sign old boy

|

Proven Record

Ba had only half a season at West Ham, but was the Hammers’ stand out performer as he found the net 7 times in 13 appearances. His form saw him move to Newcastle as the Hammers were relegated where again he proved his goalscoring prowess, scoring one shy of 30 times in 18 months for the Magpies. Chelsea called, and Ba answered. While playing time as limited at the Blues he still managed 14 goals for the club (most of those from the bench) including a fabulous effort against Manchester United.

Not only has Ba shown he has more than what it takes to score in the Premier League, he has also regularly scored wherever he has plied his trade. He scored 40 goals own Germany with Hoffenheim; 28 in Turkey with Besiktas; and 29 in China with Shanghai Shenua.
