West Ham youngsters Domingos Quina and Nathan TrottĀ remain on course to meet in the UEFA European U19 Championship final.

Both Portugal and England progressed to the semi-finals of the competition this weekend, with Quina coming off the bench to help Portugal rescue a draw against Sweden to top their group, and Trott amongst the subs as England thrashed Germany 4-1 to make it three wins in three.

Portugal take on the Netherlands in the first semi-final this Wednesday, before England face Czech Republic three hours later. Both games will be broadcast on British Eurosport.

The final will take place on July 15th, and should both countries win their respective semi-finals, it could be an ‘all Hammers’ affair with the duo potentially going head to head in what would be an enthralling final.

Trott’s England will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of their older countryman this summer, with the Under 20’s having won the FIFA World Cup, and the U-21’s narrowly missing out on the final of theĀ 2017 UEFA European Under-21 Championship, losing out to Germany on penalties in the semi-final.
